Aleksandr Safronov

Founding Partner — Engineering & Platform Leadership

Aleksandr spent the first half of his career inside Netcracker, delivering mission-critical telco platforms across Russia, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands — learning how complex systems actually move, and how to move the people inside them.

The second half has been about scale and ambition. At Adecco he stood up global architecture inside the IT division. At DSV — the world’s largest logistics enterprise — he built the Air & Sea Digital Department from zero to 50+, then took ownership of the Crown Jewel SCM platform: a €2B revenue system. He stabilised operations, rebuilt the engineering org, and secured platform capacity ahead of the Schenker integration. The McKinsey re-architecture programme is ongoing, and Aleksandr is the executive driving it.

On the side he founded WriteWise, an AI-native language coaching start-up — bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to everything he owns, from zero-to-one product to €2B enterprise platform.
