Last week I joined a small group of Berlin CTOs to compare notes on AI-native delivery in regulated environments. Logistics, fintech, healthtech — same questions, different acronyms.
The most interesting disagreement wasn't about models or governance. It was about org design: do you create an AI platform team, or push the capability into every product team from day one?
I land on the latter. Centralising AI capability is how it stays a demo forever.
